Women are helping shape Screenverse from every side of the business, and the media industry is taking notice. From shaping programmatic strategy and forging industry partnerships to building teams and guiding company growth, women across Screenverse are making their mark on the digital out-of-home (DOOH) industry. Their leadership continues to shape our company and inspire the broader DOOH community.
We’re proud to celebrate two of those leaders receiving awards in two areas of recognition, but share a commitment to pushing industry boundaries and moving the needle forward.
Montana Accavallo, Senior Vice President of Programmatic and Client Strategy, has been named a 2026 Cynopsis Top Woman in Media honoree in the Deal-Making Directors category.
Jess Silva, Chief Operating Officer, has been named a 2026 AdExchanger Top Woman in Media & Ad Tech honoree in the Change Makers - Team Leadership Category.
Montana Accavallo: Driving Growth Through Strategic Partnerships
Montana joined Screenverse in 2024 with deep experience across programmatic trading, platform strategy, and retail media, and has quickly become an undeniable force behind the company’s growth.
As Senior Vice President of Programmatic and Client Strategy, Montana sits at a key intersection of the DOOH ecosystem, connecting demand-side platforms (DSPs), supply-side platforms (SSPs), agencies, brands, and media owners to the opportunities across Screenverse. She leads marketplace education and programmatic strategy while helping agencies and brands navigate an increasingly sophisticated buying landscape. Her leadership has also helped strengthen the infrastructure behind Screenverse’s programmatic business. From accelerating platform integrations and introducing more scalable operational processes to developing campaign strategies that turn complex capabilities into actionable solutions, Montana has played a key role in making DOOH easier for buyers to navigate, activate, and measure. The ability to bring different sides of the marketplace together makes her recognition as a Cynopsis Top Woman in Media honoree especially fitting.
“I’m incredibly honored to be recognized as a 2026 Cynopsis Top Women in Media honoree,” shared Montana. “I genuinely love bringing people together, finding opportunities, and turning big ideas into meaningful results. The best deals create lasting value for everyone involved, and I’m so grateful to the teams and partners who trust me, challenge me, and make this work so rewarding.”
The Cynopsis Top Women in Media Awards recognize female leaders across the full media ecosystem, spanning broadcast, streaming, ad tech, digital publishing, sports, emerging technology, and more. For more than a decade, the program has celebrated women whose leadership is helping define the direction of the media industry, with Deal-Making Directors among the categories recognized in 2026. For Montana, making deals isn’t simply about getting an agreement across the finish line. It’s about building relationships and infrastructure that help partners, advertisers, and the broader programmatic DOOH ecosystem grow together.
Jess Silva: Creating a Culture Built for Growth
While Montana’s recognition speaks to the power of the partnership, Jessica Silva’s speaks to the power of the people. With more than a decade of experience driving marketing strategy and growth for globally recognized brands and Fortune 500 companies, Jess brings a deep understanding of what it takes to build and scale successful organizations. Her background spans data-driven attribution, omnichannel advertising, and marketing strategy, with experience building and leading creative, paid media, SEO, and data science departments at previous advertising agencies.
Today, as Chief Operating Officer, Jess leads across the entire organization. She oversees day-to-day operations and helps translate Screenverse’s strategic priorities into action, building the operational foundation and team alignment needed to support the company’s continued growth. Her ability to build strong teams, develop talent, and turn ambitious strategies into meaningful outcomes is central to her recognition as an AdExchanger Top Women in Media & Ad Tech honoree.
“I’m incredibly honored to be recognized in the Team Leadership category. But leadership is never built alone,” shared Jess. “I owe a deep debt of gratitude to the leaders who came before me and showed me what was possible, and I feel an equal responsibility to keep widening the path behind me. The best way I can honor this recognition is to keep rolling out the red carpet for the women coming next and make sure they have every opportunity to go even further.”
Ad Exchanger’s Top Women in Media & Ad Tech Awards recognize women making an impact across the media and advertising technology ecosystem. The Change-Makers category celebrates leaders who have helped transform their organizations or the broader industry, with an emphasis on Team Leadership, recognizing the influence they have on the people and teams they lead. For Jess, leadership extends beyond managing day-to-day operations. It’s about creating an environment where talented people can grow, collaborate, and contribute to the company’s success.
Women Helping Shape the Next Chapter of DOOH
Montana and Jess are being recognized for different achievements, but together their honors reflect something bigger happening at Screenverse. Programmatic DOOH is evolving every day. New technology, growing omnichannel investment, increasingly sophisticated measurement, and a rapidly expanding supply ecosystem are changing what advertisers expect from the channel. Meeting that opportunity requires leaders who can build partnerships just as effectively as they build teams. Montana and Jess represent both. Their recognition also reflects the growing influence of women across Screenverse. Women are contributing across programmatic strategy, operations, sales, marketing, supply partnerships, data, finance, and other areas of the business, bringing different perspectives and expertise to the decisions molding our growth.
Screenverse believes supporting women in leadership isn't about checking a box; it’s about creating an organization where talented people can take ownership, challenge established ways of working, and grow alongside the company. When two Screenverse leaders are recognized in the same year by two major media and ad tech award programs, it’s a milestone worth celebrating.
A Spotlight on Women in Leadership
Montana and Jess will be recognized alongside fellow leaders from across the media and advertising industries in New York City this November. The AdExchanger Top Women in Media & Ad Tech Awards Gala takes place November 3, followed by the Cynopsis Top Women in Media Awards Gala on November 4. We couldn’t be prouder to see these inspirational women among those helping shape what’s next for media and advertising. Congratulations, Montana and Jess. The industry is taking notice, and we know you’re only getting started.
