As digital out-of-home (DOOH) becomes an essential pillar of the modern media mix, Screenverse continues to lead from the front—today announcing the promotion of Montana Accavallo to Senior Vice President of Programmatic and Client Strategy.
Montana’s promotion represents more than an internal milestone but signals the growing importance of programmatic infrastructure in powering DOOH’s next chapter.
Since joining Screenverse just over a year ago, Montana has transformed how the company’s programmatic and client success teams operate. Hired initially as Senior Director of Programmatic Partnerships, she quickly assumed a broader strategic mandate: uniting supply- and demand-side integrations, refining internal operations, and ensuring partners' success through data-informed, tech-forward approaches.
Her leadership has fast-tracked platform integrations, introduced scalable operational efficiencies, and helped brands, agencies, and buying platforms navigate the increasingly sophisticated DOOH landscape. Montana has been instrumental in designing high-impact programmatic campaign strategies while championing marketplace education around Screenverse’s expansive portfolio of more than 100,000 screens across every DMA in the continental U.S.
Before joining Screenverse, Montana held key roles at Vistar Media and Neptune Retail Solutions (formerly Quotient Technologies), where she gained deep expertise in programmatic trading, platform strategy, and retail media innovation.
“Montana is everything you want in a team member and leader at a fast-growing startup like Screenverse,” said David Weinfeld, CEO and Co-Founder. “She's hard-working, driven, thoughtful, and always puts our partners first. She leads with operational excellence and empathy. She makes Screenverse better each and every day.
Montana has been a catalyst for growth at Screenverse, spearheading strategic partnerships and delivering measurable impact across our programmatic DOOH business. Her promotion reflects both her proven leadership and the bold direction we're headed as a company. We’re thrilled to see her step into this role and continue driving our vision forward.”
“Montana has been the architect of some of the most transformative moves we’ve made in programmatic DOOH,” added Jessica Silva, Chief Operating Officer. “Through forging powerhouse partnerships, driving unprecedented revenue, and pushing the boundaries of client service, she’s helped cement Screenverse as a definitive leader in our space. Her promotion isn’t just well-earned — it’s symbolic of where the industry is headed. Montana brings a rare mix of vision, grit, and heart that inspires all of us to think bigger and execute sharper.”
As part of the executive leadership team, Montana will continue to lead marketplace education efforts, curate programmatic strategies that scale, and deepen Screenverse’s impact across omnichannel campaigns.
“I’m incredibly honored to step into this role,” Montana said. “I’m excited to bring my perspective and programmatic expertise to a team of forward-thinking leaders who are committed to evolving the industry. Our focus remains on helping advertisers win, and we’re just getting started.”
As the DOOH industry accelerates, Screenverse is building the team that will define what comes next.
