Screenverse is proud to announce a new partnership with Macerich, one of the nation’s premier media owners, operators, and developers of high-performing retail and mixed-use properties. Through this strategic relationship, Screenverse has been named the exclusive programmatic partner for Macerich’s shopping center network, bringing streamlined access to premium digital inventory across some of the most iconic shopping destinations in the United States.
Macerich’s portfolio comprises more than 30 top-performing properties nationwide, including Tysons Corner Center, Scottsdale Fashion Square, Queens Center, Broadway Plaza, and several upscale outdoor lifestyle centers. Shopping destinations are invaluable environments for brands to connect with an audience that is ready to engage and spend. Combining this eager mindset with strategically placed media and activations that drive results, Macerich shopping centers serve as brand optimization hubs. Consumers engage with brands while shopping amongst popular retailers such as Alo, Casper, YETI, Dyson, and more. With 75% of consumers favoring an omnichannel shopping experience, Macerich destinations offer a powerful blend of digital influence and physical engagement - supporting campaigns that drive both awareness and action.
In 2024 alone, Macerich properties generated well over 270 million visits, making the network a powerful channel for brands looking to connect with shoppers in premium, high-impact settings.

A Premium Shopping Center Network, Enhanced by Programmatic Access
Macerich’s digital network includes 345 total digital displays, thoughtfully integrated into the retail environment:
- 330 mall-based digital ad panels positioned in high-dwell, high-adjacency retail zones, including 23 newly added panels at Fashion District Philadelphia. These floor-mounted, single-sided portrait displays (1080”w x 1920”h) support static and full-motion video with audio, as well as dynamic HTML5 creative (JPG, PNG, MP4-15s).
- 15 large-format and digital spectaculars delivering high-impact visibility at major entrances and key shopping corridors. Large-format displays range from 588”w x 840”h to 3200”w x 1080”h and support single and double-sided placements, while spectaculars include 1800”w x 600”h and 3712”w x 1152”h. Both formats support static, full-motion video and audio, and dynamic creative (JPG, PNG, MP4-up to 15s). Through Screenverse, buyers can seamlessly layer in non-standard large-format placements, introducing bold, premium moments that elevate campaign presence while maintaining ease of activation.
In addition to on-premise placements, Screenverse will offer private marketplace (PMP) deals for large-format and billboard-style inventory, enabling brands to activate high-impact retail moments at scale and with greater creative freedom.
